Our house is from 1756, with great enthusiasm we have remodel it trying to respect as a much as possible the original style and the distribution. It is a house that won’t leave you indifferent thanks to the great open spaces and the spectacular views to Beceite Mountains.
Our house is one building divided into two independent houses / apartments.
You will have the possibility to rent both apartments together.
The house is known in the town as the Generous house, it was restored between 2011 and 2016, and has a capacity for 12 people. The house consists of a ground floor, with hall, living room, kitchen and bathroom, 1st floor with the sleeping rooms and 2nd floor with another bathroom, sleeping rooms and terrace with great views.
Is the original part of the house and wineries, all restored in 2016 with capacity for two persons. The house has sleeping room, living room, dining room, kitchen and courtyard.
You can rent both houses / apartments as a full house.
Calaceite is one of the best preserved urban complexes in the region, where you will find numerous stately homes, chapels, hermitages, portals and the town city hall dating from the 17th century, declared of Historic Artistic Interest, as well as having been recognized since 2011 as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. To get to know the town, it is essential to walk along Calle Mayor, Plaza de España and Maella Street. Visit the old jail and the Juan Cabré Museum (an important Calaceitano archeologist driving archeological excavations in the region). The Iberian villages, the monumental views of the mountains and the beautiful Ports of Beceite will not leave you indifferent.
The Matarraña Region is formed by a valuable architectural complex and natural spaces of great landscape and botanical richness.
With its rivers, ravines and fauna where we can observe the Hispanic Goat, the flight of large birds such as the vulture and many other species. In these beautiful landscapes there are numerous trails and routes to travel on foot, by bicycle or on horseback and incredible places to take a river bath.
